Akhilesh Yadav Raises Serious Allegations, Challenges BJP Leadership
Akhilesh Yadav has once again launched a strong attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party following the West Bengal election results, intensifying the political debate around the outcome. Speaking from Lucknow, the Samajwadi Party chief questioned the transparency of the electoral process and demanded greater accountability. Opposition parties have already described the Bengal election outcome as “unexpected” and have been accusing the BJP of manipulating the process. Akhilesh Yadav echoed these concerns, alleging irregularities and claiming that the election had been “looted.” He had earlier raised doubts after the results were announced, and has now escalated his criticism with sharper remarks and specific demands. In a post on the social platform X, Yadav referred to what he called BJP’s “दस नंबरी” (fraudulent) tactics, stating that evidence of such practices was presented during a recent press conference. He challenged BJP leaders to respond to these allegations, calling it both a direct challenge and a warning for the future. According to him, even some former BJP members who now feel betrayed are beginning to expose what he described as electoral wrongdoing. Yadav went further to allege the existence of a “multi-layer election mafia,” claiming that various self-serving and corrupt elements are working together as a “Democratic Crime Gang” to influence election outcomes. He argued that such forces pose a serious threat to democratic values in the country. One of his key demands is that the Supreme Court of India should take immediate cognizance of the issue. He has called for the CCTV footage of vote counting in West Bengal to be made publicly available across the country to ensure transparency and restore public trust. The remarks have added fuel to the ongoing political confrontation between the ruling BJP and opposition parties, with leaders on both sides continuing to exchange sharp statements over the credibility of the electoral process.
